A variety of cereals and beans are usually ground and fermented to produce a relatively dense paste; The main raw material of the chilli sauce is the special vegetable chilli, with fresh and crisp taste and obvious particles in the sauce. The physical characteristics of these two kinds of sauces put forward special requirements for the filling equipment: not only to ensure the smooth transportation of the viscous sauce body, but also to avoid the damage to the taste caused by over-extrusion of solids such as cabbage. Therefore, a special filling machine often uses a positive displacement piston pump or a peristaltic pump as a metering unit. Empty bottles are orderly arranged into the filling station via the conveyor belt. After positioning, the filling head is accurately lowered to the bottle mouth under the command of the electronic control system. Start the metering pump to inject the sauce into the bottle. The filling volume is controlled by the high-precision sensor, with small error. Upon completion of filling, the filling head is raised and the bottle is sent to the next step for gland or cap screwing sealing. The whole process is continuous and smooth, which significantly reduces the risk of pollution caused by human contact and meets the health and safety standards of modern food production.
