The container conveying system is responsible for sequentially delivering packaging containers such as glass bottles and plastic cans to the filling station. For potential wide mouth or irregular shaped bottles, the equipment will be equipped with adaptive clamping or positioning devices to ensure stable alignment of the containers during the filling process. After filling is completed, the container is sent to the sealing system for screwing, capping, or aluminum film sealing according to packaging requirements. The entire production line is usually integrated into a closed or semi closed clean working environment, and key parts can be equipped with air purification or nitrogen protection devices to reduce the contact of sauce with oxygen during the filling process and extend the product shelf life.

Central control systems often use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) combined with touch screen human-machine interfaces, allowing operators to easily set parameters such as filling volume and production speed, and monitor equipment operation status in real-time. Equipment often has data recording and traceability functions, meeting the quality management system requirements of modern food production. Its design also needs to consider flexibility, in order to adapt to containers of different specifications or slightly different sauce products by replacing some components.
In terms of efficiency, the speed of such filling machines varies depending on the filling volume and degree of automation. Single head equipment can produce hundreds of bottles per hour, while multi head parallel production lines can significantly increase production capacity. In terms of maintenance, emphasis is placed on easy cleaning and upkeep, with most components adopting quick connect designs that comply with food equipment hygiene design guidelines.
