A typical abalone and ginseng sauce filling machine usually consists of a feeding system, a quantitative filling system, a container conveying system, a sealing system and a PLC control system. The feeding system usually adopts vacuum or pressure conveying mode to stably convey the pretreated soy sauce to the filling head to avoid excessive air or particle precipitation during conveying. Quantitative filling system is the core part. Since the sauce may contain solid substances such as abalone grains and sea urchin pieces, volumetric piston pump or servo-driven plunger pump are often used for precise measurement. This design handles fluids containing particles and ensures accuracy and consistency of each filling volume within ± 1% of error. The filling head is usually equipped with a drip-proof device, and the food grade 304 stainless steel material is used for the part in contact with food, which is easy to disassemble and clean, and meets the food safety standards.
The container conveying system is responsible for delivering the glass bottles, plastic cans and other packaging containers to the filling station in turn. For possible jar or shaped bottles, the device is equipped with adaptive clamping or positioning devices to ensure stable container alignment during filling. Upon completion of filling, the container is sent to the closure system for screw-on, gland, or aluminum film closure according to packaging requirements. The whole production line is usually integrated in a closed or semi-closed clean working environment. Air purification or nitrogen protection devices can be equipped at key parts to reduce the exposure of soy sauce to oxygen during the filling process and extend the shelf life of the product.

The central control system mostly adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen HMI, and the operator can conveniently set parameters such as filling volume and production speed, and monitor the equipment operation status in real time. The equipment often has data recording and tracing functions, meeting the requirements of modern food production quality management system. It is also designed for flexibility in order to adapt to different sizes of containers or slightly different sauce products by changing some of the components.
In terms of efficiency, the speed of such filling machines varies depending on the amount of filling and the degree of automation, with single-head equipment producing hundreds of bottles per hour, while multi-head parallel production lines can significantly increase capacity. For maintenance, emphasis shall be placed on easy cleaning and maintenance. Most parts shall be designed with quick connection, which conforms to the hygiene design criteria of food equipment.
