Lemon sauce usually has a delicate texture, but may contain fruit pulp fibers or lemon peel, with high acidity and a certain degree of corrosiveness. However, Jin Tang sauce (commonly known as Jin Tang Fei Niu sauce, etc.) often has a high oil content and may contain solid food particles (such as minced garlic, pickled peppers, etc.).
