三、 Performance characteristics:

The V-type mixer is mainly capable of uniformly mixing finer powders or materials with lower content of a certain main material. It uses two asymmetric material cylinders and gravity mixing to continuously gather and disperse materials inside the cylinder. Generally, after about 5-15 minutes of mixing, two or more types are fully mixed evenly, especially suitable for mixing two or more types of powder or granular materials with large differences in specific gravity. The mixing uniformity reaches over 99%. The inner and outer walls of the mixing cylinder are precision polished, with a smooth, flat surface, no dead corners, and easy cleaning.
The mixing drum consists of two asymmetric cylinders, which are formed by circular welding of high-quality stainless steel plate rings of δ 3mm304. The two ends of the V-shaped mixing drum are equipped with elliptical heads, and feeding ports are installed on both heads, which is more conducive to cleaning the drum after the materials are mixed.
The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer, a sprocket, bearings, a transmission shaft, and other parts. The transmission shaft is fixed and welded to the cylinder wall and reinforced with a δ 6.0mm steel plate. It has the characteristics of no vibration, no eccentricity, low noise, easy maintenance, long service life, and smooth operation during operation.
The frame of the mixer is welded with channel steel, which is firmly welded. The outer shell of the frame is made of 304 stainless steel, with a smooth surface and no scratches. The transmission frame has movable doors at both ends for easy maintenance and repair.
The electrical control is precise and sensitive, and the mixing time is controlled by a digital time relay. The mixing time is set according to the actual production process requirements of the mixing. The feeding and discharging are done using a jog button, which moves the cylinder to the appropriate loading (or discharging) position for material feeding and discharging. Reduced labor intensity and improved production efficiency.
The feeding port is a movable cover plate, which is pressed tightly with a lever. The sealing is made of edible silicone rubber sealing strip, which is pollution-free and easy to operate.
The discharge port adopts stainless steel butterfly valve, which has good sealing effect and no leakage. Easy to operate.
